If you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us via email within 24 hours of placing it. For cancellations made within this 24-hour window, we’ll deduct 35% of the product amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded promptly.
If your cancellation request comes in after 48 hours, a 50% deduction will apply. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders after 5 days, as our standard delivery timeframe is 4–5 business days and processing is already underway.
Already shipped? Once your order has left our facility, cancellations take longer and may not be possible. However, we’ve got you covered — if you change your mind after receiving your item, you have 30 days to return it under our hassle-free Return Policy for a refund.
